Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, process, or publish through BriefToPost. By using the Service, you grant Digital Cliqs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, process, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its design, architecture, features, and source code, are the exclusive property of Digital Cliqs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
BriefToPost integrates with various third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. By connecting your accounts, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service and developer policies of these third-party platforms. Digital Cliqs is not responsible for any actions taken by these third-party platforms, including account suspension or content removal.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Digital Cliqs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Cliqs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Digital Cliqs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Cliqs and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
